Hard Drive Express has several trucks contracted to FedEx Ground.  We are ALWAYS looking for good Team drivers!

The following pay will be based on experience. By law, we check and verify all driving experience upon hire.

• 2 Years Plus – .80 cents per mile split
• 1 Year to 2 Years – .72 cents per mile split
• Up to 1 year – .68 cents per mile split
• Solo Drivers – .62 cents per mile
• The following has been INCLUDED in the above mileage pay, and makes up your final pay rate:
• Drop and Hook Pay
• Safety and Performance bonus of .04 cents per mile split
• Medical, Dental and Vision benefits offered after 30 days, including $15000 life insurance policy.
• Company pays $150 per week towards driver’s chosen benefit package
• Company funded profit sharing is offered. Hard Drive contributes up to 6% of your weekly pay depending on your contribution
• We offer 5 Paid Days Off per year, after one year and 10 days after 3 full years of employment with Hard Drive Express
